The 2024 Queen &amp; King of the Court tournament in Tenerife, unfolding from February 15 to February 18 on the Los Cristianos Beach, is set to kick off the highly anticipated beach volleyball season. A lineup full of the world’s greatest players, and a new tournament format is sure to produce plenty of excitement. Queen & King of the Court Tenerife 2024

We are going where the athletes are! As a lot of players are using the sands of Los Cristianos to get ready for the 2024 season, we are joining them for a very special Queen &amp; King of the Court event. The week will be stacked with incredible players! 15-18 February, we’ll be playing 3 games every day. The winners of those games will be Kings &amp; Queens. Every King &amp; Queen will get the chance to play in the Final game on 18 February. 
The tournament will be exclusively streamed on KOTC TV and can be watched live for free at Los Cristianos Beach! If you buy a pass for the event you're also in with a chance to win a Maurice Lacroix watch!

What is Queen &amp; King of the Court?
Queen &amp; King of the Court is different way to play beach volleyball. Instead of two teams competing against each other, there are five teams on court! The court is divided into a king's side and a challenger side. It's a knockout race that makes every rally count! Check out this video
How does Queen &amp; King of the Court work?
Queen &amp; King of the Court is all about getting to the Queen &amp; King's side and scoring points there. A Queen &amp; King of the Court match starts with five teams. Before the match, they draw playing cards to determine which team may start on the side where points are scored. The remaining four teams start in order of the cards drawn.
A match consists of three rounds of fifteen minutes. After the first round, the team with the fewest points is eliminated. The second round starts after a short break with the four remaining teams. After another fifteen minutes, the team with the fewest points is eliminated. The final round is played by three teams. Whoever has the most points after fifteen minutes, or who is the first to reach fifteen points, wins the match. Check out this video

The event in Tenerife will feature an incredible lineup with many of the world's best players. The full field will be announced soon.
Do I need to buy tickets on location?
The event in Tenerife features free access! Come to Los Cristianos Beach and witness all the action unfold. 
Is there a minimum age?
We do not have a minimum age to visit the event.
