Beachboard Hacienda
The 2025 location for Queen & King of the Court Tenerife is unprecedented, widely known as the world’s leading beach volleyball training facility. The site offers the opportunity for an exclusive event. Spectators will enjoy an all-inclusive experience with dinner and drinks, while having the luxury of being courtside during the matches. This will be a unique event.
Queens and Kings come together for royal reception
Among the competitors in Tenerife will be six former Kings and seven previous Queens. The headliners on the women’s side are Katja Stam (3-time Queen) and Raïsa Schoon (2-time Queen), they will open their new Olympic cycle aiming for another crown. Kylie Neuschaeferová is defending the title she won last year alongside Cinja Tillmann; she brought Martina Maixnerová to Tenerife for her Queen & King of the Court debut. And what to think of Sandra Ittlinger (2 crowns), Tina Graudina, Aleksandra Samoilovs en Karla Borger? It’s a true royal gathering on the women’s side. Check out all competitors here.
On the men’s side we’ll get to see two Kings pairing up. Adrián Gavira and Alejandro Huerta both have won in Utrecht (2018 and 2024 respectively), and they are now a new team on the circuit. Mart Tiisaar (EST) is teaming up with Dimitriy Korotkov, Marco Krattiger joins with Leo Dillier. And what is a Queen & King of the Court tournament without veteran of the concept: Alexander Brouwer (16-time participant). This will be off the charts! Check out all teams here.
Tournament setup
In contrast with regular Queen & King of the Court tournaments, we will play four individual matches per gender, from which the winner will qualify for Sunday’s final. Check out the starting times in the schedule (Queens, Kings). Day tickets for the exclusive event are still available here. Fans from all over the world can live-stream the matches on King of the Court TV.
